In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through ok taka, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one exists.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ok taka with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

ok taka reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, ok taka will provide reasonable notice via the platform's notification system or via the email address registered to your account. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

ok taka's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form an integral part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform. Players are strongly encouraged to read both documents in full.

To access ok taka's gaming and sports betting services, you must register a personal account. Registration is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account's existence.

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one ok taka account. Where ok taka reasonably suspects that a Player holds or has held duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — ok taka reserves the right to close all associated accounts without prior notice and to void any winnings derived from bonus funds across those accounts.

ok taka may request identity and age verification documents at any point — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time during your account's lifetime. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a bKash or Nagad statement, utility bill, or bank statement for address and payment verification.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable time frame — typically 14 calendar days from the date of the request — may result in the temporary suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ok taka will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify ok taka's support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

ok taka currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The available payment methods displayed within your account dashboard are the authoritative and current list. ok taka may add or remove payment methods at any time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.
• ok taka does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Fees imposed by your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash transaction fees) are outside ok taka's control and are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once processed. Players should confirm the deposit amount before completing the transaction.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your ok taka account. This requirement cannot be waived.
• Before processing a withdrawal, ok taka may require the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3.
• ok taka targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions under normal operating conditions. Larger withdrawals or those flagged for routine security review may take longer.
• ok taka reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where KYC documentation has not been provided.
• Real Money Balances and Bonus Fund balances are held separately within your account. Wagering requirements applicable to Bonus Funds must be met before those funds become withdrawable.

All transactions on ok taka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ok taka does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any funds received in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of processing, and any conversion costs will be borne by the Player.

ok taka offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible Player once only. Claiming a promotion through multiple accounts constitutes a breach of the One Account Rule in Section 3.2.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your account and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• ok taka reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, without liability to Players who have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement.
• Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories (including, but not limited to, live dealer baccarat, roulette, and specific crash games) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. ok taka reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where it determines — at its sole and reasonable discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, collusion with other Players to exploit promotional structures, or systematic exploitation of any error or miscommunication in promotional materials.

As a condition of your continued access to ok taka, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in a manner that does not harm ok taka or other Players. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where the conduct involved Bonus Funds or was used in furtherance of the prohibited act.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform software. Any such vulnerability must be reported immediately to [email protected] and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent KYC verification stage.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ok taka staff or other Players via any platform communication channel.

• Loss of funds resulting from interruptions in service, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond ok taka's reasonable control.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or promotional communications that were clearly the result of a manifest technical error — in which case ok taka reserves the right to void affected transactions.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ok taka's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. ok taka's aggregate liability to you under these Terms, in any 12-month period, shall not exceed the total value of Real Money deposits made by you to your account during that same period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.
